Aarron's journey in the technology industry began in 2003 when he joined Telenetwork, a growing technology startup, as a Level 1 Support Technician. Through dedication, technical expertise, and a passion for helping customers, he quickly advanced to a Senior Technician within his first year.
During his 20-year career at Telenetwork, Aarron played a key role in the company's growth from just 33 employees to more than 2,000 employees nationwide. His responsibilities extended far beyond technical support, including training and mentoring new technicians, developing training materials and documentation, managing support operations, and helping oversee night shift teams to ensure customers received exceptional service around the clock.
Today, through PC Solutions, Aarron brings over 22 years of hands-on experience in computer repair, technical support, troubleshooting, networking, hardware upgrades, software solutions, and customer service to every client interaction.
